LACK OF TIME – NOT AN EXCUSE!

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is based on the idea that short but very intense periods have a significant impact for the entire body.

Low or medium intense training, e. g. fast walking for 40 minutes, is good for heart, lungs and metabolism, therefore HIIT does the same during the shorter period of time. By this technique you can save a lot of time and reach your goal faster.

These workouts are short but not easy and recommended for people who already have started their trainings. Since the workouts are very intense and complex exercises require hard work, the maximum goal is achieved during the shortest time.
